Kelly started working for PUSD in 2019 and became a substitute teacher after the pandemic.
Kelly has been working in education since 1975 teaching horseback riding and Sunday School. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Kelly began teaching in 1981 in Globe, AZ as a Special Education Teacher. Later she moved on to Long Beach, California, and Mercer Island, Washington, and worked at CHILD INSTITUTION for many years working with children with special needs. She has also taught regular classrooms such as Kindergarten, First Grade, 4th Grade, Resource Room, Intensive Special Education, and an Inclusion Classroom.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys kayaking, traveling, reading, and her pets.
